Viafocus is what happened when the people who make technology work in schools decided to build the tool they could never buy.
Why Viafocus exists
Our team has worked in Swedish schools for more than ten years. We have run device fleets, led staff, and taught classes. We saw the same problem from three different chairs: laptops arrived in every classroom, and focus quietly left.
The tools on the market were built far from the classroom. They treated monitoring as surveillance, ignored the Swedish curriculum, and asked teachers to manage dashboards designed for IT departments. None of them survived contact with a real school day.
So we built our own. Every feature in Viafocus exists because someone on our team needed it. A teacher in the middle of a lesson. An IT manager in the middle of a rollout. A principal in the middle of planning. Real needs, nothing else.

What is Viafocus?
Viafocus is a Swedish edtech platform built for K–12 schools. It combines real-time student device monitoring (Focuspilot), AI-powered lesson authoring (Studio), and an intelligent teaching assistant (Teaching Copilot) into one system, designed around Swedish classrooms, GDPR, and the Swedish curriculum.
