How are pupils counted?
Per pupil. 99 SEK per pupil per year, for the whole school or the year groups you choose. You state how many pupils that is and we count the pupils in Viafocus. The invoice uses the higher of the two numbers, and pupils without a year group are counted. At least 50 pupils, 4,950 SEK per year.
Is AI really unlimited?
Yes, within reasonable use. AI is included in both Focuspilot and Studio. No credits and no extra invoice for usage.
Do we need to run a procurement?
That is for the education provider to decide. The value is counted over the whole agreement: 500 pupils for four years is SEK 198,000. We are happy to prepare documentation.
Will the price go up?
The price is locked for the whole agreement period.
What is not included in the price?
Nothing is sold as an add-on. Focuspilot, Studio, AI in both and teacher accounts are included in 99 SEK per pupil per year.
Do teacher accounts cost extra?
No. The teachers who teach the pupils you pay for are included. The price is counted on pupils only.
How are we invoiced?
One invoice a year, on the pupil count for the whole school or the year groups you chose. The price is stated excluding VAT.
Can we try it before we decide?
Yes. Register the school and start with a free pilot: 60 days, for up to 600 pupils and their teachers. The pilot starts the day you register.
Is the price the same for a whole municipality?
Yes. SEK 99 per pupil per year applies to everyone. Who may sign the agreement is for the education provider to decide. Get in touch and we will prepare documentation.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can get the school's data out in a machine-readable format until 30 days after the agreement ends. What happens after that is in the terms of service, section 18.
An individual teacher without a school licence?
Start free with Studio. The paid teacher tier costs 990 SEK per year. Focuspilot requires a school licence.
