Install on Chromebooks

How to do it

1. 1Open Focuspilot, Installation and choose Chromebook and Google Admin.0:00
2. 2Choose Jag gör det själv.
3. 3Step 1, in Viafocus: save the school's customer id (Google Admin, Konto, Kontoinställningar, Profil).0:26
4. 4Step 2, in Google Admin: under Enheter, Chrome, Inställningar, Enhet, Verifierat läge, Tjänster med full åtkomst, add the account the page shows, on the organisational unit where the Chromebooks are registered (the devices', not the pupil accounts'). The page checks by itself, and Kolla nu checks again.0:47
5. 5Step 3, in Google Admin: Appar och tillägg, Användare och webbläsare, the pupils' organisational unit, +, Lägg till från Chrome Web Store. Paste the id, set Installationspolicy to Tvångsinstallera + fäst i webbläsarens verktygsfält and switch on Tillåt företagsutmaning.1:25
6. 6The pupils do nothing. The extension arrives when the Chromebook fetches the setting. The page turns green when the first Chromebook connects.2:05
7. 7For digital exams: four more steps further down the page, on the Chromebooks' device organisational unit.2:44
